The hotel welcomed us with a bottle of wine and had extremely comfortable beds. The room was huge and well-equipped, though the bathroom layout felt a bit strange. The location is right on the beach and very near to some shops, making it convenient for tourists. The dining options were out of the ordinary, offering high-quality dishes like smoked salmon and imported cheese, which was a pleasant surprise.
The hotel offered some pleasant surprises with a welcoming gift of wine and plush beds in rooms that, despite lacking sea views, had delightful private balconies with great views. However, the behavior of the head of service was unprofessional and unpleasant, tarnishing an otherwise reasonable stay. The location was convenient, being close to the beach and shops, but there were some concerns about certain staff members pressuring guests.
I couldn't have asked for a better location with the hotel situated right on the beach and close to some lovely shops. The rooms had a fantastic sea view, spacious and well-equipped, although the bathroom layout was a bit odd. The service from TUI was top-notch, with professional and friendly assistance throughout my stay. The dining experience was exceptional, offering unique and delicious food choices. The facilities were modern and convenient, making my stay truly enjoyable.
