The hotel welcomed us with a bottle of wine and had extremely comfortable beds. The room was huge and well-equipped, though the bathroom layout felt a bit strange. The location is right on the beach and very near to some shops, making it convenient for tourists. The dining options were out of the ordinary, offering high-quality dishes like smoked salmon and imported cheese, which was a pleasant surprise.

However, the behavior of the head of service was unprofessional and unpleasant, tarnishing an otherwise reasonable stay. I couldn't have asked for a better location with the hotel situated right on the beach and close to some lovely shops. The rooms had a fantastic sea view, spacious and well-equipped, although the bathroom layout was a bit odd. The service from TUI was top-notch, with professional and friendly assistance throughout my stay. The dining experience was exceptional, offering unique and delicious food choices. The facilities were modern and convenient, making my stay truly enjoyable.
